Necessity of nutrients

Plants absorb nutrients from the soil for its growth, which they use to increase its biomass and full functionality. The key elements of effective nutrition are: nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, macro- and microelements.

Traditionally carbamide (urea), ammonium nitrate, potassium nitrate are used as the main source of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium. However, despite the importance of these fertilizers, they have certain disadvantages: the same type of nutrition, limitation of use at the plant cultivation stages, low efficiency, high laboriousness in use.

What to do?

Modern argonomic science recommends water-soluble complex fertilizers (NPK) with trace elements in chelated form for full maintenance of plants with required nutrients during growth and cultivation.
One of such fertilizers containing nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, sulfur, calcium and trace elements in certain proportions are those which are manufactured under the brand name Novofert.

Functions that the fertilizers’ elements achieve:

NITROGEN – is an integral part of all proteins, it regulates the growth of vegetative mass, determines the level of prolificness and quality of crops;

PHOSPHORUS– the element of an energy supply, it stimulates the root growth, accelerates the transition from vegetative to generative development, accelerates the formation and maturation of seeds, increases drough-resistance and hardiness;

POTASSIUM centers on sappy organs and tissues, increases desease-, drough- and frost-resistance;

MAGNESIUM increases the rate of photosynthesis and generation of chlorophyll;

CALCIUM stimulates growth and plants cultivation, their root system, enforce metabolism;

SULFUR is included in the compound of proteins and it is involved in the detox process;

IRON regulates photosynthesis, breathing, protein metabolism and biosynthesis of growth agents;

COPPER regulates breathing, photosynthesis and carbohydrate and protein metabolism, increases the resistance of plants to adverse environmental factors and deseases;

ZINC has a great importance for fertilization of plants and germ cultivation;

MANGANESE plays an important role in photosynthesis reactions, breathing, carbohydrate and protein metabolism;

COBALT takes an active part in the redox reactions, renders a positive effect on breathing and energy exchange;

MOLYBDENUM regulates the nitrogen metabolism, takes a direct part in atmospheric nitrogen fixation;

BORON regulates fertilization and fetus formation, carbohydrate and protein metabolism, increases a desease resistance.

You must remember, that the main clause of an efficient use of NPK fertilizers Novofert is an evidence of optimal doses, terms, application methods and proper agrotechnics of growing crops.
